Leishmania mexicana (U1103) genome
El genoma de esta cepa de Leishmania mexicana, considerado genoma de referencia, fue ensamblado de novo mediante secuenciación clásica. Se ensamblaron 34 cromosomas.
The genome of this strain of Leishmania infantum, considered a reference genome, was assembled de novo using classical sequencing. Thirty-four chromosomes were assembled.
